Volleyball Drops Match to Riverland 3-2

The Anoka-Ramsey Community College Volleyball team lost to Riverland 3-2 on Friday evening. 

The Golden Rams won the first and third sets but could not put the match away before losing the next two sets.

Serving well for the Golden Rams were Jasmine Burbank 16/16 with one ace, and Savannah Foley 12/12.

Defensively, Foley led the team with 14 digs with Kellie Evans and Tatiana Smith each having 11 digs. 

Daneille Bush had 3 blocks, Burbank 2 and Foley 1. 

Smith led the offense with 10 kills while hitting .292 and Bush had 8 kills hitting .583

Foley contributed 8 kills, Ashley Mokamba had 5 hitting .091, and Burbank 2 hitting .125.

Evans recorded 33 assists.

The Golden Rams will travel to St. Cloud on Wednesday, September 2 to take on St. Cloud Technical and Community College.
