Anoka-Ramsey Community College Women's Basketball sophomore Daron Mainville was named the MCAC Southern Division Player of the Week for her efforts in wins over Bismarck State and Vermilion last weekend.

Mainville averaged 25 points, 15.5 rebounds, and 3.5 assists making 22 of 32 field goals attempts (69 percent).

In the win over Bismarck State she recorded 25 points and 17 rebounds, making 11 of 18 field goals.

In the win over Vermilion she had 25 points and 14 rebounds on 11 of 14 shooting.

Mainville is averaging a team-high 18.4 points and 8.9 rebounds per game.

This is the second time she has earned the distinction this season (Week 4), and the third time a Golden Ram has received the award (Rashonna Thomas - Week 1).

The Golden Rams are 9-4 on the season.
