Anoka-Ramsey Community College Softball player Shannon Olson signed a letter of intent to continue her athletic and academic career at Webber International University.

Webber International is a NAIA program in Babson Park, FL.

Olson, a Ramsey native, was named MCAC All-Southern Division after batting .336 with five homeruns and a team-high 44 RBI during the 2017 season.  Olson also had a .933 fielding percentage at second base.

The Golden Rams were 27-20 overall, 15-7 in the Southern Division, and finished as the Region XIIIA Runner-Up.
