Travis Bledsoe Resigns as Men's Basketball Coach

Travis Bledsoe has resigned as head men's basketball coach at Anoka-Ramsey, accepting an assistant coaching position for the University of North Dakota women's basketball program.

Bledsoe was hired in the summer of 2022 and spent one season as the Golden Rams head coach.  Anoka-Ramsey finished 13-11 overall, 7-5 in the MCAC Southern Division.

The Golden Rams were the #3 seed from the Southern Division and defeated Central Lakes in the NJCAA Region XIII quarterfinals before losing in the semifinals to eventual champion Rochester.

Rodney Owens was an All-Southern Division and All-MCAC performer, while Albert Tinnel was All-Southern Division under Bledsoe.

"I'd like to thank Travis for his time as the Anoka-Ramsey men's basketball coach, and congratulate him on his new position at UND.  He's an exceptional coach and will do great things for the Fighting Hawks," said Director of Athletics Jessica Pelzel.

Anoka-Ramsey will begin a search for the next head men's basketball coach immediately.
