Anoka-Ramsey Women's Basketball player Alani Pettis was named the MCAC Southern Division Player of the Week for her performance over the weekend, leading the Golden Rams to two wins.

Pettis averaged 17 points, 10 rebounds, 6.5 steals, and 3.5 assists while shooting 66.7 percent from the field.

In a 102-33 win over the North Central JV, Pettis recorded 25 points, eight rebounds, six assists, and six steals.

She followed up with nine points, 12 rebounds, and seven steals in a 61-56 win over Northland.

The Golden Rams are 3-0 on the season and ranked #5 in the latest NJCAA poll.

Next up is a trip to NJCAA DII NIACC on Tuesday night.
