Maddie Bottineau Named NFCA Gold Glove Recipient

Anoka-Ramsey Softball player Maddie Bottineau was named a recipient of the NJCAA Rawlings Gold Glove by the National Fastpitch Coaches Association.

Recipients were selected by member coaches for their performance in the field at their respective positions using fielding statistics and video.

Bottineau finished the season with a .962 fielding percentage at second base, committing just five errors with 78 assists and 49 put-outs.

In addition to her fielding prowess, Bottineau batted .516 for the season with 83 hits and 11 home runs including three in the NJCAA Region Tournament.

Anoka-Ramsey finished the season with a 40-11 overall record and a Region runner-up finish.
