Brady enters his fourth season as the Golden Rams' primary assistant coach in 2020-2021.  In his first season, Coach Larson helped guide the team to the MCAC Southern Division title and Region XIII runner-up finish.  The Golden Rams finished 19-11 overall with sophomore Kevin Schramm earning NJCAA Division III Honorable Mention All-America honors.

Year two saw the Golden Rams win 17 games with sophomore PG Justin Castro earning NJCAA Honorable Mention All-America honors.

Brady has coached collegiately at Lake Superior State, Minnesota State-Mankato, Hamline, and Concordia-Moorhead.

A standout player at St. Francis High School, Brady was a finalist for Mr. Basketball in 1995 and went on to play at the University of North Dakota from 1996-2000 earning team captain honors his junior and senior seasons.  Brady currently sits at fifth all-time at UND in both 3-point field goals attempted (487) and 3-point field goals made (185), and ninth all-time in assists (321).

In 2009 Brady was inducted into the St. Francis High School Athletic Hall of Fame.

Brady works as a behavioral specialist at Minnesota Transitions Charter School and currently resides in Maple Grove.
