Baseball Concludes Season with Losses to Alexandria

The Anoka-Ramsey Baseball team concluded the 2024 season dropping four games to league-leading Alexandria over the weekend.

The Golden Rams hung tough in the first game, a home contest that saw a 13-8 final score.  Anoka-Ramsey had 11 hits including three from Antonio Barachy, and two apiece from Grady Fredrick and Matthew Ramsdell.

Fredrick had two RBI, while home runs were hit by Mikey McBryar and Gabriel Ottmar.  But the potent Alexandria offense countered with 17 hits.

Game two of the home doubleheader saw Alexandria belt out 14 hits including two HRs in a 14-2 loss by the Golden Rams.

The following day both teams met up again in Alexandria with the home Legends winning both by scores of 11-1 and 13-3.

Anoka-Ramsey finishes the season 6-26 overall.
