Game 1: Rochester 7 - Anoka-Ramsey 0

Saturday was a long day for Anoka-Ramsey Community College, falling to Rochester Community and Technical College 7-0.

One bright spot for Anoka-Ramsey was a double by Trevor Adams in the fifth inning.

Mickelson earned the win for RCTC. The righty went seven innings, allowing zero runs on one hit and striking out nine.

Kyler Stuart took the loss for Anoka-Ramsey.  Stuart surrendered six runs on seven hits over four and two-thirds innings, striking out six and walking zero.

Adams led the Golden Rams with one hit in two at bats.

Gabe Sepulveda went 3-for-3 at the plate to lead Rochester Community and Technical College in hits.

Game 2: Rochester 3 - Anoka-Ramsey 2

Saturday's game against Rochester Community and Technical College was a heartbreaker for Anoka-Ramsey Community College, as they lost the lead late in a 3-2 defeat. The game was tied at two with RCTC batting in the bottom of the sixth when an error scored one run for Rochester.

The pitching was strong on both sides. RCTC pitchers struck out four, while Anoka-Ramsey sat down three.

Anoka-Ramsey got on the board in the second inning when Mike Schroer homered on a 2-2 count, scoring two runs.

Drew Simmons earned the victory on the hill for RCTC. The pitcher surrendered two runs on six hits over seven innings, striking out four.

Hunter Smith took the loss for the Golden Rams. The pitcher lasted six innings, allowing six hits and three runs while striking out three and walking one.

Anoka-Ramsey scattered six hits in the game. Jake Kouri and Patrick Perreault all collected multiple hits for the Golden Rams.

RCTC totaled six hits in the game. Shota Sawamura and Trenton Dahnert each managed multiple hits. RCTC didn't commit a single error in the field.
