Brandon Watkins had the hot hand on Sunday, tallying four hits and leading Anoka-Ramsey Community College to a 9-4 victory over Riverland. Watkins singled in the first, tripled in the third, singled in the fourth, and singled in the sixth.
Riverland scored three runs in the seventh inning, but Anoka-Ramsey still managed to pull out the victory. Jeremy Vega, Anthony Ciola, and Ixander Colon each had RBIs in the frame.

Anoka-Ramsey Community College watched the game slip away early and couldn't recover in a 6-4 loss to Riverland on Sunday. Riverland scored on a single by Jeremy Vega and a single by Anthony Ciola in the first inning.
Riverland scored three runs in the fourth inning. The offensive firepower by Riverland was led by Paxton Nelson and Drew Copley, all driving in runs in the frame.
Nick Adamy was credited with the victory for Riverland. The fireballer surrendered four runs on seven hits over seven innings, striking out six.
Braydon Buttweiler took the loss for the Golden Rams. The pitcher lasted three and a third innings, allowing six hits and six runs while striking out five.
