Anoka-Ramsey sophomore pitcher Jake Hansen was named the MCAC Southern Division Pitcher of the Week for his performance in the Golden Rams' opening week of games.

Hansen recorded a 2.25 ERA while striking out eight batters in a 6-5 win over the Northwestern College JV.

Hansen also contributed at the plate in the first week while playing in the outfield hitting .444 with four RBI and four runs scored.

Jake is a sophomore from Coon Rapids.
