Volleyball Signs Grace Frost to Letter of Intent

Anoka-Ramsey Head Volleyball Coach Brandon Bader has announced the signing of Grace Frost for the 2020 season.

The first on-campus visit for the Golden Rams in 2019 resulted in a committment from the Cedar Falls, Iowa native.

Grace and Coach Bader connected in August shortly after he got hired and he instantly became a fan, so much so that he drove a 10-hour round trip to see her play in a tournament. Upon meeting her mother, Shannon, coach knew, "he had to have her in royal and gold."

A few weeks later Grace, her mother and her father Troy all visited the Anoka-Ramsey campus and stayed for the match later that day against Minnesota State Fergus-Falls. Upon the conclusion of the match, Grace broke the news, "I think I'm ready to commit to play here."

Grace has played volleyball for six years, she transferred from Cedar Falls High School to Waterloo East her senior year where she earned all-metro second team honors in addition to honorable mention in the Mississippi Valley Conference. She is the 2nd child of four siblings which includes her older brother Jackson, younger sister Piper and younger brother Griffin.

Grace plans to begin a track towards being an athletic trainer and in her spare time likes to hang out with her younger sister.
