The Anoka-Ramsey Community College Volleyball team battled hard vs. #8 ranked St. Cloud Tech on Wednesday evening before succumbing 3-0 by scores of 25-16, 25-22, 25-10.
The Golden Rams started hot tallying the first four points of the match in game one before the Cyclones steadily pulled away.
Game two saw Anoka-Ramsey hang right with St. Cloud Tech throughout and rallying from a 24-19 deficit to within 24-22 before the final point.
The Cyclones proved why they're a top ten team in the third game never allowing the Golden Rams any breathing room in finishing off the match.
Brianna Entwistle led Anoka-Ramsey with four kills and 21 digs.
Anoka-Ramsey falls to 0-5 on the season and will host a tournament Saturday, September 8th with matches beginning at 9am.
