Volleyball Goes 0-2 on First Day of Crossover

The Anoka-Ramsey Community College Volleyball team dropped their two matches on the first day of the MCAC Crossover tournament held on the Anoka-Ramsey campus Thursday.

In their first match, the Golden Rams fell 3-0 to Hibbing by scores of 25-12, 25-17, 25-22.

Katelyn Wicks recorded 15 digs and Jasmine Burbank had two blocks.

Bekah Strecker and Wicks both hit .143 for the match.

In the second match, Anoka-Ramsey fell 3-0 to Northland by scores of 25-21, 25-18, 25-14.

Burbank hit .600, Colleen Henckel hit .550, and Tatiana Smith hit .500 with six kills.

Wicks once again led the defense with 12 digs.
