Women's Soccer Beats Rochester 4-0

The Anoka-Ramsey Women's Soccer team handled Rochester 4-0 on Wednesday afternoon, a rainy day in Coon Rapids.

With the win, the Golden Rams clinch at least a share of the MCAC regular season title.  The Golden Rams are 4-0 in MCAC play and will travel to Rochester on October 9th for their second matchup.

Rochester now has two conference losses with two games left to play.

The Golden Rams have one conference game scheduled (the aforementioned game vs. Rochester) with a postponed game vs. Minnesota West yet to be rescheduled.

Lauren Ives scored twice for the Golden Rams, with the first coming off a beautiful assist from Liberty Morrice-Barlett.

Sunasia Pargo and Lauren Baurr added the addtional two goals.

Anoka-Ramsey is 6-2 overall this season and have won five straight games.
