Anoka-Ramsey Community College Women's Soccer player Kati Beckman was named the MCAC Player of the Week for her performance in two Golden Ram victories last week.

Anoka-Ramsey defeated Rochester 9-2 to end the regular season, then faced the Yellowjackets again in the Region XIII Championship winning 12-1.

In the regular season finale, Beckman had two goals and two assists, while in the Region Championship game she recorded three goals and three assists.

Beckman was the leading goal-scorer in the Region with 17 goals in nine games while also tallying 11 assists.

The Golden Rams will play for the District D Championship at 4pm on Saturday, October 28 vs either Joliet (IL) or Madison (WI).  Game will be held at the University of Northwestern.
