Mikayla Homola Named NJCAA First Team All-America

Anoka-Ramsey sophomore guard Mikayla Homola was named to the NJCAA All-America First Team for her performance during the 2018-2019 season.

Homola averaged 27.1 points per game, good for third nationally at the NJCAA Division III level, in leading the Golden Rams to a 22-6 record and runner-up finish in the NJCAA Region XIIIA tournament.

Homola made 96 three-point field goals, the third most in the nation while starting all 28 games.

On top of her offensive exploits, Mikayla was also a force on the defensive end by swiping 114 steals which was the sixth-most nationally.

Homola had previously been named First Team All-Southern Division, First Team All-MCAC, and All-Region.
