Anoka-Ramsey Community College Women's Basketball player Mikayla Homola was named the MCAC Southern Division Player of the Week for her performance in two games against NJCAA Division I opponents last weekend.
Homola tallied a total of 55 points to go with nine steals over the two contests.
In a 67-56 win over Arizona Western Homola scored 24 points making 7 of 18 shots overall and 8 of 10 free throws.
In a narrow 86-81 loss to Chandler-Gilbert Homola poured in 31 points to go with seven assists and five steals.
Mikayla leads the Golden Rams in scoring at 26.8 points per game connecting on 3.3 three-point attempts per game.
This is the second time this season she has earned the award.
