Anoka-Ramsey Community College Softball player Lindsey Swanson was named the MCAC Southern Division Pitcher of the Week for her performance in the circle last week.
Swanson went 2-1 on the week striking out 18 batters and allowing just four walks.
In a five inning win over Ridgewater Swanson scattered eight hits and alllowed just one earned run while striking out six.
Anoka-Ramsey is 18-9 overall and ranked #5 in the latest NJCAA poll.
