Dunlap Earns Player of the Week Honors

Anoka-Ramsey sophomore guard Jalen Dunlap was named the MCAC Southern Division Player of the Week for his performance in the first two conference games of the season.

Dunlap also earned the award last week.

For the two games Dunlap averaged 30.5 points making 19 of 30 field goals, 9 of 16 threes, and 14 of 16 FTs.

In a road win over #6 St. Cloud Tech Dunlap scored 31 points including the game winning jumper with 2.1 seconds remaining.  Dunlap made 11 of 14 shots and 5 of 7 from three.

In an overtime loss to Minnesota West Dunlap poured in 30 points on 8 of 16 from the field and 4 of 9 from three, while also making 10 of 11 free throws.

The Golden Rams are 8-7 overall, 1-1 in the MCAC.
