Anoka-Ramsey Men's Basketball player Jalen Dunlap was named the MCAC Southern Division Player of the Week for his performance in two Golden Ram contests last weekend.
Dunlap averaged 19.5 points per game while shooting 11 of 20 from the field, 4 of 7 from three, and 13 of 15 from the free throw line. Dunlap also tallied six assists and five steals over the two games.
In a 97-86 win over Bismarck State, Dunlap scored 18 points making 5 of 9 field goals and 2 of 4 from three.
In a 81-72 loss to Dakota County Tech, Dunlap scored 21 points on 6 of 11 shooting and 7 of 8 free throws.
Dunlap is a sophomore from Houston, Texas.
The Golden Rams are 7-4 overall and are back in action January 4-5 at the DCTC Classic in Inver Grove Heights.
