Schramm Named MCAC Player of the Week for Third Time

Anoka-Ramsey Community College forward Kevin Schramm was named the MCAC Southern Division Player of the Week for his performance last week.

This is the third time Schramm as earned the award this season.

Schramm averaged 20 points and 12.5 rebounds as Anoka-Ramsey split a pair of conference games.

In the Golden Rams' loss to Minnesota West Schramm led Anoka-Ramsey with 22 points and eight rebounds.

In a 71-69 upset over #9 Rochester Schramm scored 18 points and pulled in 17 rebounds while making all ten of his free throw attempts.

Schramm leads Anoka-Ramsey in scoring (18.6) and rebounding (8.4).

The Golden Rams are 11-8 overall, and tied for first in the Southern Division at 5-1.  Their next contest is Wednesday, January 31 when they travel to Ridgewater for a 7:30pm tip.
