Former Baseball Coach Tom Yelle Selected to MCAC Hall of Fame

Former Anoka-Ramsey Baseball Coach Tom Yelle was awarded membership into the Minnesota College Athletic Conference Hall of Fame as released by the conference office.

Yelle was one of four selections including Paul McDonald (Coach - Vermilion Men's Basketball), Emily Roelike (Athlete - Ridgewater Volleyball and Softball), and Val Swanson (Coach/AD - Ridgewater Women's Basketball).

Tom coached at Anoka-Ramsey from 1987 - 2016 and amassed over 400 wins in his coaching career and was twice named MCAC Coach of the Year.

Also serving as a youth hockey and American Legion baseball coach, Yelle influenced the lives of countless young student-athletes beyond just Anoka-Ramsey Community College.

Yelle was also inducted into the Anoka-Ramsey Athletics Hall of Fame this past February as part of the 2019 induction class.
