The Anoka-Ramsey Community College Baseball team named their captains for the 2017 season.
Andy Brown, Brennan Beese, and Emil "Bobby" Cienik have been selected as team captains for the 2017 season.
Head Coach Jason Saulsbury commented, "We are extremely proud to name Brown, Beese, and Cienik as our 2017 captains. All three of them are second-year student-athletes in our program and exemplify outstanding leadership on and off the field. Hard work, commitment, loyalty, character, and the relentless pursuit of excellence are just a few phrases that come to mind when speaking of our captains. Not only do these phrases describe them as student-athletes here at Anoka-Ramsey, but also in everyday life."
Anoka-Ramsey is currently 7-9 on the season.
The Golden Rams continue early season play this Saturday, April 8th, 2017 with a double-header match-up vs Vermilion Community College at Wintercrest Park in Coon Rapids, MN. The first pitch is scheduled for 1:00 pm.
